Length: 4 months (May 1 – Aug 31) (adjustable to meet school calendar)

Job Responsibility:- Writing documentation for training guides, software usage, maintenance guides and system assembly.- Provide input on software usability- May assist with onsite training of software.

Qualifications:- Exceptional planning, research and writing skills.- Experience writing about technical subjects.- Proficiency with Visio and Word.- Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects.- Familiarity with software development processes.- Focused and able to meet tight deadlines.- Team player.
- Enthusiasm for new technology.

Standard work week is 45 hours. Start time is 8:30am with 0.5 - 1 hour for lunch.


As with any engineering or software firm, from time to time overtime is expected in order to meet project deadlines. But this is a salaried position and there is no overtime pay. The option does exist to take time off in lieu of overtime but, this is not 1- for-1 and is at the discretion of the President. Intern is responsible for work authorization arrangements. Visa fees
will be reimbursed at the end of the 1st month of work. The intern is also responsible for transportation toVirginia and medical insurance.Agris-Schoen Vision Systems, Inc.
