The Jewish Foundation for Group Homes, Inc., a non-profit, non-sectarian agency providing residential support for adults with developmental disabilities, is in need of an intern to coordinate, write and file a grant requesting a lift-equipped van from the Maryland Department of Transportation. Responsibilities will include: meeting with and obtaining grant information from agency staff, coordination of a mailing to local disability transportation providers, creating and filing a public information notice in a local newspaper announcing intention to apply for the grant, meeting all grant deadlines.
