Breaking the Language Barrier

I work for Catholic Charities Hogar Hispano and I run a large English as a Second Language Program. We have written a "Teachers Toolbox", a how to teach ESl guide, for our 300 volunteers. It was written four years ago and needs updating. In addition, we have since written quite a bit of material that now needs to be incorporated into the toolbox. The Toolbox is currently about 40 pages. There is another 30 pages of info that would be incorporated into
it, maybe more. We also write a monthly online newsletter that we could use help with. We are published authors! We have written an ESL textbook and accompanying teachers guide called Speak Out in English. Its time to write a new edition of this text also, which will be a large project. The textbook is more than 300 pages.....So we have large and small projects that we desperately need help with. If you would like to see more information about our program, please go to our website www.ccda.net --go to the ESL program. Our current Teachers Tookbox is online. Info about the text AND previous editions of our newsletters can be found there. CCDA is used to working with interns--we have an excellent track record--we can put you in contact with former interns if you would like. We make sure
that everyone is given meaningful work and is made to feel like they are part of the team. Thanks for your consideration. I hope to hear from you.
